Bio

I litigate complex trust and estate matters, simple and complex probate matters, contested guardianship and conservatorship matters, represent private parties and health care agencies with respect to Title 36 /Court Order for Treatment Issues, represent hospitals in guardianship and surrogacy decision making issues, represent individual and licensed fiduciaries at the trial and appeals level, and have successfully achieved appeals for SMI and DDD benefits matters. I received my B.A. from Columbia University and my J.D. from Arizona State University. I am admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and currently serve as President the Young Lawyer's Division of the Arizona State Bar and sit on the State Bar of Arizona Board of Governors. I am also a member director of the Arizona State Bar Elder Law, Mental Health & Special Needs Planning Section, and serve as the Elder Law, Mental Health & Special Needs Planning Section liaison to the Probate and Trust Section. While in law school, I was a member of the Youth Mentoring Board and the legal branch of Americorps. I clerked at the Federal Public Defender's Office and Kunz, Plitt, Hyland & Demlong. I also received a Pro Bono Fellowship for my work at the Justice Project.
