Ms. Rebecca Ruegg is a licensed attorney in both California and Arizona and currently works as CellTrust Corporation's General Counsel, overseeing all legal matters for CellTrust. She provides legal support within the company for various areas, such as licensing and contract negotiation, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and human resources. Ms. Ruegg also provides pre-litigation support to law firms protecting CellTrust’s interests and manages outside counsel with specialty matters. Ms. Ruegg was honored to be a finalist for the 2018 Arizona Corporate Counsel Awards.
In her spare time, Ms. Ruegg embraces her creative tendencies as a writer, actress, and painter, and looks forward to further opportunities to enhance her creative and legal strengths.
